RENTAL TERMS
 

Rental Period: 7 days included.
 

Extra Days: $25 per day after the 7th day until pickup is scheduled.
 

10 Yard Weight Limit: 1 ton (2,000 lbs.)

20 Yard Weight Limit: 2 tons (4,000 lbs.)
 

Overweight Fee: $125 per ton over the applicable weight limit.

Cancellation: Same-day cancellation will incur a cancellation fee.
 

 

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS
 

The following items are NOT permitted in the dumpster:

• Dirt

• Stumps

• Hazardous materials

• Asbestos

• Tires

• Refrigerators or freezers

• Air conditioners

• Diesel or gasoline

• Oil

• Transmission, brake, or steering fluid

• Pool chemicals

• Liquid paint

• Batteries

• Propane or gas/diesel tanks

• Fire extinguishers

• Metal drums

• Mercury-containing devices

• Mandated recyclable materials

• Medical waste

• Animals or animal remains

• Paint
   

Dried-out latex paint is acceptable.
 

Excessive mattresses will incur an additional fee at the renter's expense.
 

Any unacceptable items placed in the dumpster will result in additional charges to the renter, including disposal, handling, transportation, fines, or other related costs.
 

 

DUMPSTER PLACEMENT & BOARDS
 

Street Placement: Customer is responsible for obtaining any required town or municipal permit.

Boards: Boards or wood underneath the dumpster are not automatically included with the rental on most occasions.
 

If the Customer wants Sanfy Disposal to provide boards for dumpster placement, this must be requested and agreed upon at the time of rental. An additional charge will apply.

If boards are not requested at the time of rental, the Customer is responsible for providing them when required.
 

Sanfy Disposal is not responsible for damage to driveways, streets, lawns, curbs, concrete, asphalt, or other property resulting from dumpster placement or removal, even when boards or wood are used.
 

 

PICKUP
 

Customers must notify Sanfy Disposal when the dumpster is ready for pickup or it will be picked up on the 7th day of the rental period.
 

Sanfy Disposal will pick up the dumpster within 1–7 business days after receiving the pickup request.

Customer is responsible for keeping the dumpster accessible for pickup.

 

 

DAMAGE & NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

Normal wear and tear from ordinary use of the dumpster is expected.
 

The Customer is responsible for any excessive or abnormal damage to the dumpster caused during the rental period, including damage caused by improper loading, misuse, overloading, prohibited materials, fire, or equipment.
 

Dumpster smashing, crushing, compacting, or the use of any dumpster-smashing machine, compactor, or similar equipment inside or on the dumpster is strictly prohibited.
 

The Customer may be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing the dumpster if damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear.

 

 

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
 

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Dumpster Rental Agreement.
